Yeliz founded OPULOR after recognising the need for a more personal and advisory-led approach to real estate and relocation in Portugal.

After relocating from London to Portugal, she experienced firsthand the opportunities, challenges and important decisions that come with starting a new chapter in a new country. What began as a personal journey soon became a passion for helping others navigate the same process with confidence and support.

Drawing on her background in consultancy and project management, Yeliz brings a structured and client-focused approach. She works closely with buyers, sellers, investors and relocating families, helping them make informed decisions at every stage of their property journey.

Today, she combines local market knowledge, trusted partnerships and strategic guidance to support clients before, during and long after a transaction is complete.

Known for her hands-on approach, transparency and thoughtful negotiation style, Yeliz believes exceptional service begins with understanding not only the property, but the people behind the decision.

Originally from Italy and fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese, French and Spanish, Ylenia brings an international perspective to the OPULOR team.

Now based in Estoril, she understands both the practical and personal aspects of building a life in a new country. Having established her own home in Portugal while raising her young daughter, she brings empathy, cultural awareness and a genuine understanding of the challenges many international families face when relocating.

Her ability to communicate across multiple languages allows clients to feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout the process. Combining professionalism, attention to detail and a strong commitment to client care, Ylenia focuses on building lasting relationships and creating a positive experience from first conversation to completion.

With a background in design, branding and visual communication, he is responsible for shaping how the company and its properties are presented to the market. From marketing materials and property presentations to brand development and creative strategy, João ensures every detail reflects the quality and professionalism that define the OPULOR experience.

His ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking helps showcase properties in their best light while maintaining a clear and consistent brand identity.
